HealthMate vs. HealthMate Junior
The Austin Air HealthMate Junior has a 4-stage HEPA/carbon/zeolite filter just like the HealthMate does. However, the Junior is designed to filter contaminants from smaller living spaces. The Junior has 30 sq. ft. of HEPA, compared to the 60 sq. ft. of HEPA used in the HealthMate. The Junior also has approximately 270 cubic inches of activated carbon and zeolite compared to the 780 cubic inches used in the HealthMate.
